Soo-Doo
No she’s not korean. We call her Chi Dung. Sometimes Soo Scooby Doo. She’s another sister-in-law. The elder one.
She’s very bình-dân, easy-to-approach, and no-nonsense type of girl. You do something stupid,
she’ll be the first one to tell you. That’s why I’ve always tried to avoid her wrath by not answering phone calls from “Unknown caller” (her phone number is unlisted!)

And she’s also very generous. Here’s where Sue and Anh Sơn share something in common. Of course, don’t ask for the house, or the car. Other than that, they’ll give you whatever you ask for. And be careful – if you ask Anh Son for something, he might even throw chi Dung in as bonus!

Chi Dung used to be a good cook. Phở, hủ-tiếu, xiêm gà … Until one day after Thanksgiving, she decided to make use of the turkey carcass and leftover. I never forget the taste of Phở Turkey. I want to forget, but can’t! Sorry Sue, as cook, you’re ranked below Hannah!

Oct 13, 2006: I need to kiss butt (bợ đít) chị Dung, since I’m going down there next weekend. Otherwise, she’ll kick my ass (đá đít). Her Prime Rib is the best. And everyone who has tried it, agrees that it’s easy and simple to make, yet tasty.

    Did Leann write this??

I lend her my car to see Sam for TEN hours (pha’ ky? luc)!!!

Anh Son lend Eric Doo the scooby doo Honda !!!! :-o)

It is true that I give away “my last shirt” (whatever the saying is)

I have a story to tell and you can post it because I don’t know how!!

About 10 years ago, I was taking a break from grinding at the numbers in financial department and went to the back of a BIG warehouse (quite a walk) to buy an icecream bar from one of those machines. Here I am walking back to my office without opening the wraper, keeping it cold til I get back to my desk!!. A few other workers were standing in the warehouse, one of them asked “can I get a free ice- cream?” “Of course” I said and gave him my 1st icecream bar!! I went back to my desk and took more changes to get another ice-cream. On the way back, another employee asked for the ice-cream so again, I gave my 2nd one away!! I did that for three times (loss 3 lbs from walking) and then getting smart, I brought extra changes in case someone else wants the “darn”ice cream!!! but at the fourth time walking back, they busted it out and said we were just “testing” your generousity!!! Jack Ass!!! We were laughing so hard and will never forget that “feel good” story just like the “pho Turkey” story that Leann would never “let it go!!” and I forgot all about it. By gone be by gone!!!
